Unfair dismissal advice
and representation

Not sure of what your workplace rights are and have been let go from your job? The team at HR Transformations are trained professionals who know employment law and can help to advise or represent you during a potential unfair dismissal claim. 

Our team will review your claim and provide you ……. We review your employment details and history, we look at any breaches to not only internal work place policies but also state and federal legislations around employment, health and safety, bullying and harassment, victimisation, harassment or discrimination. 

Our team will, with you lodge your unfair dismissal claim with Fair Work, we will work on your claim, using evidence and the law to create a sound claim against your previous employer for unfair dismissal. We will talk you through the process, what to expect and potential outcomes. Our focus is on you and ensuring that you get your entitlements which you are entitled. 

During the process we will engage with your previous employer in a mediation session to outline our intention of claim and to attempt to settle the matter outside of having to sit a hearing. 

Underpayments

Underpayments can occur during a single payroll, over the course of a month or even years. Knowing your entitlements and being able to stand up to your employers and advise them of underpayments can be challenging, which is why we take the pain and stress out of the process. 

Our team will review your pay history against your industry award and classification. We will look at not only your classifications but your hours worked, days worked, overtime and payment of entitlements.

Contract Review

When you receive a new contract, you are filled with excitement and ready to sign on the dotted line. Its important to take the time to review your contract and all the contents within to ensure that you are not only signing a role that you want but also you are getting your basic employment entitlements.

To often we are not sure about legal jargon that is so often in contracts and we feel that even though we are not happy with a certain part that we have to accept it or we will not get the job.

At HR Transformations we ensure that you that contract is not only legal but contains all your minimum entitlements and that you understand your obligations and that of your employer.
