About Amy & HR Transformations

Since I can remember I have loved people and wanted to make a positive change to people’s professional lives, which is how HR chose me. 

Prior to gaining my Masters Degree in International Human Resource Management, I was young, hungry and passionate, working 2 jobs, 60+ hours a week, studying full time whilst paying my way through university. This real world training and experience cemented by HR career.

I’m an accomplished and dedicated Human Resources Leader well respected in the industry. My professional experience spans over 10+ years, within both the corporate sector and through private consulting. 

My professionalism, passion and intrinsic motivation ensures that those I work with obtain the tools required to succeed in their own professional careers and business endeavours.  

My specific strengths and areas of expertise are in Performance Management, Investigations, Learning & Development, Compliance and Victorian Workers Compensation. I have worked with some of Australia’s leading hospitality groups, manufacturing businesses, HR consulting companies and most recently the Music Industry.
